Drum Mobile Asphalt Plant Composition
1.Cold aggregate supply system
The cold aggregate supply system is mainly composed of a ground batching hopper, belt feeder, aggregate belt conveyor, small vibrating screen, and belt conveyor; 4 batching hoppers respectively carry different specifications of aggregates, which can meet the grading of asphalt mixture requirements: The lower part of each batching hopper is equipped with a speed-controlled belt feeder, which can realize step-less speed regulation; below the hopper body feeder is a horizontal trough-type belt conveyor belt. The material is conveyed to the small vibrating screen with a good ratio.
2.Drying drum mixing system
The drying mixing system is mainly composed of a drying drum, a combustion device, an oil supply ignition system, etc.;
The drying drum consists of 4 rollers, 2 rolling rings, 2 stop wheels, 1 cylinder and lifting scraper;
Two rolling rings support the cylinder on four rollers and are driven by a reducer. The transmission mode is friction wheel transmission, and the force is stable and even;
Aggregate enters the drying drum, and is evenly brought to the highest point by the material plate inside the drum, and then thrown down to form a uniform "material curtain";
The flame heats the mixture through the "material curtain". The drying drum has an inclination of 3.5°, repeated many times, and mixes the asphalt evenly within the set time, and smoothly enters the hot material elevator from the discharge port.
3.Asphalt Supply System
The system consists of one 20T fuel oil type direct heating asphalt tank, one asphalt gear pump, one set of asphalt pipe and one spray pipe;
The gear pump is driven by a speed-regulating motor, and the speed is set according to the ratio of the mixed asphalt. The asphalt is pumped out from the asphalt tank and sprayed evenly, and mixed with the dried aggregate.
4.Finished material hoist
The finished material hoist is composed of a driving device, a chain, a sprocket and a scraper, and its main function is to lift the finished material to the finished material silo.
5.Finished Silo
The finished product silo is used to temporarily store the mixture for loading. It mainly consists of 4 uprights, a finished warehouse body, and ladders;
The warehouse body is equipped with a full warehouse material level alarm device, and the cylinder is used to control the opening and closing of the door.
6.Dust removal system
The dust removal system is two-stage dust removal, the first stage is six-cylinder dust removal, and the second stage is water film dust removal;
It is composed of a six-tube cyclone dust collector, water film dust collector, induced draft fan, dust removal duct and chimney;
The purified flue gas rises and is discharged through the chimney;
The dust-containing mud is discharged from the tank cone into the sedimentation tank under the action of gravity, and the mud slowly settles down in the sedimentation tank
7.Control system
