Cold aggregate system
Each bin is fed by a belt feeder controlled by a frequency conversion speed motor, which can realize single-bucket adjustment and overall proportional adjustment, with accurate primary distribution and low energy consumption. The sand bin is equipped with a silo wall vibrator for reliable material supply. The pulley adopts a specially designed "self-cleaning" roller, and the surface of the driving roller is glued to prevent the belt from slipping. The belt feeding system adopts a special anti-wear and anti-pinch design and is equipped with high wear-resistant rib belts, which are safe, reliable, and long in life. The batching system can conveniently change the layout and feeding direction according to the user's site requirements
Drying Drum System :
The drying system is mainly composed of a drying drum, main burner, and fuel supply system. The drying drum adopts four decelerating motors, which are respectively connected with four friction wheels through a cross-head universal coupling, which has the advantages of installation error compensation, high transmission efficiency, and stable transmission. The drying drum is specially designed for the internal material-lifting blades, and the outside has an insulation layer so that more heat can be transferred to the aggregate. The exhaust temperature at the tail of the drum is lower than 120ºC, and the thermal efficiency is higher. The structure is compact and easy to adjust; diesel, heavy oil, residual oil, combustible gas, coal powder, and other fuels can be used, which has good economy and adaptability. The advanced infrared temperature measurement and temperature control system ensures the accuracy and reliability of temperature control.
Mixing system
Aggregate weighing adopts the unique "secondary" weighing, which can realize coarse-fine weighing or direct fine weighing to ensure the weighing accuracy of various gradations. Asphalt is sprayed into the mixer at multiple points using a spray pump. The filler is conveyed into the mixer at multiple points by screw, thereby shortening the mixing time and improving the mixing efficiency. The liner and blades are made of high-strength wear-resistant cast iron, with a life span of more than 100,000 batches. The material door adopts a double-cylinder-operated rotary discharge door, which has a short discharge time and a good sealing effect. The drive of the agitator is driven by a double reduction motor, and the gears are synchronized.
Control System
The control system has the international advanced level, adopting the electrical components, programmable controllers, and computers of internationally famous brands. Stable performance, easy to use, and reliable.
