Equipment introduction
The mobile concrete mixing plant is a mobile concrete mixing station equipment. Mixer system
The mixing system of the JS750 concrete mixer is composed of a motor, belt pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing drum mixing device, oil supply device, and other components. When working, the motor drives the two-stage gear reducer, and the two shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontal agitating shafts to rotate at the same speed in the opposite direction through the two split gears.
Batching system
The YHZS35 mobile mixing station uses the PLD1200 concrete batching machine, which uses a loader or a belt conveyor to feed the sand and gravel batching device, which can be equipped with two to four different materials and is used in conjunction with various types of mixers and other metering devices.
